Know About KL Rahul

Kannur Lokesh Rahul is a dynamic Indian International Cricketer. He is an opening batsman and wicket-keeper, right-handed batsman and right-arm medium bowler. He was born on the 18th of April 1992 in Mangalore, Karnataka, India. Since 2010 he plays domestic cricket for Karnataka. In 2014 he became the part of  International Cricket. He played his first Test match with the International Indian Cricket team on the 26th of December 2014 against Australia. After two years he made his One Day International debut on the 11th of June 2016 against Zimbabwe. In that following year, he made his Twenty20 International debut on the 18th of June 2016 in the match of India vs Zimbabwe. In domestic cricket, he made his first-class debut for Karnataka in 2010. Rahul is a first Indian who scored a century on One Day International debut.

In 2013 he became the part of the Indian Premier League.  He was first signed by team  Royal Challengers Bangalore. After a year in 2014, he was brought by team Sunrisers Hyderabad in an IPL auction. From 2014 to 2015 he represented Sunrisers Hyderabad as a batsman. Later in 2016, he represented Royal Challengers Bangalore. In 2018 he was brought by team Royal Challengers Bangalore. He will represent Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 2020 Indian Premier League as a batsman man. 

Throughout his cricket career, he has played  36 Test matches in which he scored 2,006 runs, played 32 One Day International matches, and made 1,239 runs. He has played 42 Twenty20 International matches and 77 First-Class matches. In Twenty 20 International matches he made  1,127 runs and in FC matches he made 5,776 runs.
